How to inquire about placing a deposit on one of our current or future King Shepherd pups

We offer three ways to submit an application (required before placing a deposit):

download a Microsoft Word (*.doc) format puppy application . Please save the copy to your hard drive, then complete and e-mail it info @ amysacres.com . Please send us a separate e-mail to make sure we received your application.

download a generic rich text format (*.rtf) puppy application . Please save the copy to your hard drive, then complete and e-mail it info @ amysacres.com . Please send us a separate e-mail to make sure we received your application.

or fill out our online puppy application form. Remember to print the form for your records before submitting it.
