This “Svedala's Majestic Anna-Rose /Excaliburs King of Hearts Zack ” litter is by breeder Kendall Mccoy. AAKS obtained these pups under a breeder's contract. Although AAKS was not the breeder and although AAKS did not own the parents of these pups, we placed them under our own contract with our same written guarantee on health, hips and temperament. We felt comfortable placing these pups and extending our guarantee because we do own two adult “Anna/Zack” dogs from this breeder. Follow these two links for DNA profile PDFs for Anna and Zack.

Dakota

11/21/07: All is well on our end. Puppy arrived right on time and seems fine. We were quite surprised at how well he did. Did not seem nervous or anything at all. We got acquainted with the yard and house this afternoon and he seems to be quite tired tonight. We just think he is adorable. Thanks for all your effort and time it has taken you to ship him to us. A few pictures (he looks just the same as when he left) but just so you know he's ok. ~ Sandy (California, USA)

beach chair11/24/07: Thanks for the heads up; we are going to the vet tomorrow morning and he does have very loose stools. Dave and I have discussed it several times. He has been such a good puppy. I can't believe it. Not one accident in the house so far but I'm sure there will probably be plenty. He does seem very tired. It has been so long since the puppy stage for me I can't remember how much they really sleep. Does this seem normal to you? Your right, he stays right with us at our feet at all times when he is up. We have finally settled on a name, Dakota. ~ Sandy

11/29/07: Dakota made his first trip to one of the beaches at the ranch today. What an experience. He loves it. I can't help thinking of you with the cold weather in Michigan, while Dakota and I are here playing on the beach . . . As you can see he likes to play with the seaweed and now has his own beach chair. For a while I thought he really might be going spear fishing with my son and his friend but wouldn't actually go in the water yet. He was very interested in the fish however ~ Sandy

12/03/07: Received the DNA profiles on Anna and Zack . . . Things are going great. Dakota has been such a good puppy. He seems very smart and we are just thrilled with him. House breaking is going very well - toya few tinkle accidents in the house but I think that has really been my fault as I did not read the signs fast enough. Ranch life has been an experience for him and he is exhausted at the end of every day. He rides extremely well in the car and for long periods of time on bumpy roads and he is just fine. We are really glad about that. He's a real little trooper. Where we go, he goes and he always very happy and excited about it.If we had to pick out a negative it would be that he tries to eat rocks. And of course being on the ranch we have plenty of those. I think he will out grow that . . . He is crazy about the beach and the sand. He jumped in a pond of water the other day so the staying dry days are also over. He sleeps in his crate at night no matter what time we put him there. We only take him out once during the early morning hours and he never makes a sound and goes right back to sleep until we get up. We are having a fun time with him. ~ Sandy
